People, IT နဲ႕ business process တို႕ေပါင္းစပ္ထားတာပါ။
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႕လက္ရွိသံုးေနတဲ့ Facebook ကိုပဲၾကည့္လိုက္ပါ။

သံုးေနတဲ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႕ပါတယ္။ ကုမၸဏီ၀န္ထမ္းေတြပါတယ္။
-Information Technology (IT): Hardware/software used to facilitate business
IT ထဲမွာ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာေတြ၊ Mobile Phone ေတြ၊ Tablet ေတြ၊ဆက္သြယ္ေရးေတြ၊
ဒီအထဲမွာ သံုးတဲ့ Windows OS တို႕၊ Android တို႕၊ တစ္ခါ Google Chrome၊ FireFox အစရွိတဲ့ Web Browser app ေတြ။
-Business Processes: Goal-oriented activities conducted by a business
FB account ဖြင့္တာကအစ၊ Post တင္၊ Like & Share လုပ္၊ Report ထုတယ္ ဘာညာ
မိတ္ေဆြ Facebook မွာ သံုးေနတာအားလံုးဟာ Customer side အတြက္ Business process ေတြပါပဲ။
FB company ဘက္မွာ ဘာကို ဘယ္လို Analyze လုပ္ေနမလဲ ဆိုတာ ခ်ဲ႕ေတြးၾကည့္လိုက္ပါ။
ဒီေန႕ကမၻာမွာ Information Systems ဆိုတာကို marketing, management, finance, and accounting စတဲ့
နယ္ပယ္ေတြမွာ မျဖစ္မေန သံုးတဲ့အတြက္ မိမိအလုပ္နဲ႕ဆက္စပ္သေလာက္ ေယဘူယ်သိဖို႕ လိုအပ္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။
ဥပမာ ျပီးခဲ့တဲ့ မဲစာရင္းေတြကိစၥ၊ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ Error လို႕ အလြယ္တကူေျပာတာမ်ိဳး၊
ေနာက္ ATM card နဲ႕ေငြထုတ္လို႕မရတာ၊ ေငြေတြ အခိုးခံရတာ၊ Online ကေန Voting လုပ္တာ
ဒါေတြဟာလည္း Information Systems ေတြပါပဲ။
System ေကာင္းတစ္ခုဟာ သံုးတဲ့ user/customer မွာ ဘယ္ေလာက္ အဆင္ေျပေျပသံုးႏိုင္သလဲလို႕
အေလးထားေဆာင္ရြက္ပါတယ္။
